Sour German Wheat Beer
A Gose' (pronounced 'Go-suh') is a tart German wheat beer brewed with salt and coriander. Ours uses Himalayan pink salt and is soured in the fermenter, resulting in a smooth tartness and subtle mineral quality. Incredibly refreshing, and sessionable enough to knock back during lunch.
MALTS: NW 2-Row, White Wheat
YEAST: American Ale + Lactobacillus Plantarum
A beer which exists at the very edge of the point-of-no return. A unique blend of seven different malts come together in this incredibly rich, complex beer. Chocolatey, roasty, oatmealy goodness paired with Chinook hops for subtle accents of pine & savory spices.
HOPS: Chinook, Columbus
MALTS: NW 2-Row, White Wheat, Oats, Crystal 75, Special B, Chocolate, Carafa II
YEAST: Cal. Ale
Dry-hopped to Tatooine and back with Amarillo and Chinook. Aromas of pine resin, lemon zest, and white peppercorn. Medium-bodied, firm bitterness, with flavors of citrus peel and grains of paradise. So awesome, it makes Princess Leia look like a scruffy Nerf-herder.
HOPS: Columbus, Chinook, Amarillo
MALTS: NW 2-Row, White Wheat, Carastan 35
YEAST: American Ale
Warp 10 IPA
West Coast IPA
It's finally here - Warp 10! Citrus + more citrus + even more citrus than we're allowed to talk about on the internet! We packed 3.5 pounds-per-barrel of hops into this West Coast IPA. No haze, no fruit, no gimmicks, just tasty craft beer.
'I'm giving it all she's got, captain!'
HOPS: Columbus, Amarillo, Azacca
MALTS: Gambrinus ESB, White Wheat, Crystal 60
YEAST: West Coast Ale
Festbier - German Lager
Buck'toberfest is back! 'Tis that time of year again, my Polka-dancing, bratwurst-eating, merry-making friends - Oktoberfest season is upon us. This tradition German lager is two months in the making and is now ready for celebrating. Fresh aromas of German noble hops with hints of lemon zest, wrapped up in a velvety-smooth body that finishes dry enough for chugging out of a boot. Prost!
MALTS: Gambrinus ESB
YEAST: Imperial L17 - 'Harvest'

Our goal is to make the best beer possible, using local ingredients, and supporting the awesome craft brewing scene developing in downtown Spokane.
Stop in today to chat, take a tour of the brewhouse and barrel room, and try one of over 25 taps in our attached taproom. We even have a ceviche' bar where you can order the tastiest plates of Baja cuisine you've ever had, prepared by Chef Chad White in his kitchen - Zona Blanca. See you soon!
